Who we are
Ningbo Hengshuo Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. was founded to solve a simple problem: overseas buyers want to purchase directly from Chinese factories, but they cannot see what happens behind the factory gate. Prices shift, specifications drift, and small problems become expensive ones.
Our team lives next to the factories. We visit them, audit them, negotiate with them and supervise production — every working day. When you work with Hengshuo, you are not hiring a salesperson; you are putting an experienced local team inside your supply chain.
Our own supply chain — the difference
Many sourcing agents are pure intermediaries. Hengshuo is different: we run our own manufacturing and supply chain for building materials, including AAC (autoclaved aerated concrete) wall systems supplied under our own brands.
This changes how we work for you. Because we buy raw materials, manage production schedules and pass third-party inspections for our own products, we know exactly where factories cut corners — and how to negotiate from a position of knowledge, not hope.
How we work with you
- One point of contact. A dedicated project manager communicates with you in English, and coordinates everything on the China side.
- Written everything. Quotations, audit reports, inspection results and shipping documents — all documented and shared with you.
- You stay in control. You choose the supplier, approve the sample and pay the factory directly (or through us, as you prefer). We make sure nothing is hidden.
