First-time importer avoids a costly mistake
A Middle East buyer, importing consumer appliances for the first time, received an attractive quote from a “manufacturer” found online. Our audit revealed the supplier was a trading company reselling from a smaller factory, and that the mass-production line differed from the approved sample — the housing material would have been downgraded.
Outcome: production was moved to the audited factory, specs were locked in a written agreement, and the buyer received goods that matched his sample. The audit cost less than 0.5% of the order value.
Six suppliers, one container, one arrival
A regional distributor was buying from six Chinese suppliers across two provinces, shipping each order separately — paying full LCL charges and clearing six sets of documents. We consolidated all suppliers’ goods at our Ningbo warehouse, inspected each batch on arrival, and merged them into one full container.
Outcome: freight cost dropped substantially, customs handling went from six events to one, and every item was inspected before sailing instead of after arrival.
Wall-system project supplied from our own line
For an overseas construction project, the buyer needed AAC wall panels with specific dimensions and load documentation. Instead of searching the market, we supplied directly from our own production line — with a third-party inspection agency invited by the buyer to verify quality before shipment.
Outcome: stable pricing without middle layers, direct factory documentation, and delivery that passed the buyer’s independent inspection on the first attempt.
